Charles Souliere, Jr., MD, provides treatment for ear, nose and throat disorders. Fellowship trained in neurotology, which focuses on the neurology and neurosurgery of the ear, Dr. Souliere has special interests in the diagnosis and treatment of dizziness, hearing reconstructive surgery, sinus disease and head, neck and skull base disorders.
Dr. Souliere is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, he is also on the teaching staff at Madigan Medical Army Center and the Tacoma Family Practice Residency program, which helps train family physicians in rural and urban underserved communities nationwide.
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, skiing and boating.

Alexander Ierokomos, MD, is a board-certified ear, nose and throat surgeon who specializes in reconstructive surgeries of the head and neck, as well as facial plastic surgery. He brings more than 20 years of experience and a long list of satisfied patients to his practice.
Dr. Ierokomos has performed a full range of head and neck surgeries for patients of all ages. His expertise includes surgical procedures to treat various types of cancer, facial trauma, ear and sinus disorders, reconstructive orbital and maxillo mandibular surgery, Tempromandibular Joint Surgery, thyroid disorders and left lip and palate.
In addition, Dr. Ierokomos served for 15 years as a clinical instructor at Oregon Health Sciences University. He’s a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, and the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

Anifat Balogun, MD, is a board certified otolaryngologist specializing in pediatric otolaryngology. She has special interests in snoring, sleep apnea, hoarseness, sinusitis, stuffy nose and allergic rhinitis, speech and language issues, tonsil and adenoid infections.
Dr. Balogun strives to provide a relaxed environment, giving personal and caring attention to patients and their families. Through collaboration and education, Dr. Balogun helps each parent take an active, informed role in the treatment of their child’s illnesses.

Dr. Lee Zarella is dedicated and committed to excellence in patient care and has more than 15 years experience in Audiology. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Washington Society of Audiology. Dr. Zarella holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He obtained his Doctorate degree from A.T. Still University and holds a Masters of Arts degree in Audiology from San Jose State University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Idaho State University.
Dr. Zarella is a Washington State Licensed Audiologist (#1211) with experience in fitting a wide range of digital hearing aids, bone anchored hearing aids (BAHA), and cochlear implants. Diagnostically, Dr. Zarella specializes in evaluating hearing loss, balance disorders, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and auditor nerve function.
In his spare time, Dr. Zarella enjoys playing soccer, skiing and coaching children’s soccer.

Dr. Baduria is a caring and compassionate professional who strives to provide individualized patient care. Dr. Baduria received his Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences and he received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Western Washington University in Bellingham. Dr. Baduria holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology, which is awarded by the American-Speech-Language and Hearing Association. He is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology and is a Washington State Licensed Audiologist (#2604).
Dr. Baduria provides a comprehensive array of diagnostic services related to the evaluation of hearing and balance disorders. In addition, he remains current with the most recent advances in hearing aid technology.
Dr. Baduria was born and raised in the University Place area and remains dedicated to the community. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and golf.
